Q: Can I use all the features of my iPod without removing the case?
A: Yes, the headphone jack, hold switch, control wheel and bottom port are accessible with the case on. You can't put the iPod into a dock, but you can plug things into the bottom. You can see the screen thru the screen protector.

Q: How does the screen protector work?
A: The screen protector is a separate piece of clear hard plastic with a soft rubbery ring around the back. The rubbery side goes 'down' against your iPod screen. The rubbery edge keeps the hard part of the screen protector from touching your iPod screen, and helps it 'grip' so it won't slip or slide around.
